A trial court convicted appellant Chumley of the crime of failure to register as a sex offender after determining that a prior Oregon conviction for second degree sodomy was comparable to the Washington offense of second degree rape of a child. Because his Oregon plea of guilty required that his Oregon victim be 14 years old or younger, Chumley waived the right to argue that she was in fact 16 years old. We affirm.
